Dream Palace Hotel wasn't like the penthouse, but still it was in the Cornish District of Ajman. There were stores and a lot of people. It was about 2-3 blocks from the Sea. I got to live with free utilities, free internet, fully furnished one bedroom with a hall (sitting room) with a small kitchen and one bathroom, free parking, and free maid service for about $1,362 a month. Not bad, when you think of all the amenities. I think it would be similar to Twin Cities or New York without the utilities, but not positive on that.
